Jennifer Morales is the Asset Manager for the City of Omaha Public Works, overseeing strategic objectives across transportation and environmental infrastructure. Her portfolio includes roads, bridges, parking, wastewater, stormwater, and environmental quality systems. With twenty-seven years of civil engineering experience, including eighteen with the City of Omaha, she brings deep expertise in sustainable municipal operations.

Jennifer is an active member of professional organizations including WEF, SWAN, APWA, and IAM, and is passionate about applying smart, data-driven solutions to improve community resilience.
