BIOGRAPHY

Nicholas Albergo is the Senior Advisor to GHD and the founder of HSA Engineers & Scientists, a firm he grew to more than 400 professionals before its acquisition by GHD in 2013. He also serves on the faculty of the University of South Florida in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Nicholas has more than 40 years of experience in chemical, environmental, and water resources engineering. He is widely recognised for developing a global practice in forensics and emerging contaminants, including PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and endocrine-disrupting compounds.
