BIOGRAPHY

Shar Govindan is the Senior Director of Open Applications Services for the Americas and a Sustainability Ambassador at Bentley Systems. A TEDx speaker and published author, he is actively involved in advancing digital transformation and sustainability within the infrastructure sector.

Shar co-leads the Smart Water Networks Forum’s Agentic AI initiative and serves on advisory boards supporting innovations in water systems and digital twins. He also volunteers with education programs that inspire future engineers and promote STEM learning across communities.
